Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Answer: This option is not currently available online. You may change or cancel your order during regular business hours, 9am - 3pm EST Monday through Friday, until 2 pm on Saturday. In order to complete your request, you must call into the office call center. The phone number is 1-800-220-6455. We cannot accept order changes through any other method.
