Answer: Both regular milk, cream and buttermilk can be frozen for 1-2 months. Once thawed, seperation may occur. You can whisk together to remedy the seperation. These items are best used for cooking or baking rather than regular consumption. Also, Heavy cream that has been frozen will not whip very well.
